Inquiry/ Consultation Request

Customers can request telemedicine consultations via phone, Viber, Facebook page messenger, app, or website. Please provide detailed information about your symptoms and concerns to the operator or through our online platform.

Triage/ Consultation Assessment

Our team will review your consultation request and determine the suitability for a telemedicine consultation. If eligible, we’ll schedule a virtual appointment with an available doctor.

Payment

Prior to the consultation, customers will be prompted to make payment for the telemedicine service. Payment can be made through Kpay, Wave pay, CB pay, etc.

Virtual Consultation

Connect with a medical professional via video call or phone for your telemedicine appointment. Our doctors will discuss your symptoms, provide medical advice, and if deemed necessary, our doctor will issue a prescription and provide guidance on medication usage and any additional care instructions. The doctor may also recommend further diagnostic tests or referrals if needed.

Follow up and feedback

Our team will follow up with you as needed to monitor your progress and provide ongoing support. We encourage you to provide feedback about your experience with our telemedicine services to help us improve and better serve your healthcare needs.
