We accept house call reservations (examination reservations) by phone, app, and website. First, please explain the symptoms in detail to the operator.

Triage/house call judgment
The operator will contact the doctor in charge that day and, if you are eligible for a house call, we will inform you of the available visiting hours and the doctor in charge. The final decision on whether to make a house call will be determined by the doctor.
A Medical professional visit your home
A Medical professional will come to your home to make a house call. We will come to your home with a driver and bring along testing procedures, examination tools, and some oral medications. We aim to make house calls within one hour, but please understand that depending on the circumstances of the house call, there may be delays.
Examination and prescription
Consult a doctor and perform tests if necessary. Your doctor will give you a prescription for a few days’ worth of medicine on the spot and explain its efficacy and how to take it. In addition to doctor consultations, we offer a range of services such as diagnostic tests, nursing care and vaccination services, etc.
Payment will be made after receiving treatment.
